Is the iPad the next big handheld system???iPad???
probably not, though I don't think their pushing it as a games device. (It does play all the iPhone/iPod Touch games from what I've heard)iPad???
I doubt it is going to make that much of an impact on gaming but it is running a faster ARM chip so I'm sure there will be some games catered to it.
Most likely not. As a matter of fact i have hard time seeing what practical use you could make of the ipad. It can't be carried in your pocket like the already perfect ipod touch/iphone, at the price of the budget version you can get a netbook that puts the ''luxury'' version to shame, both in terms of hardware, size and programs. What this is exactly supposed to be used for is a mystery to me...
It is big :P but nah I don't think so
don't think it'll be much for gaming either.one more thing: i read in WSJ that it still won't do flash or multitasking? seriously? it's essentially supposed to be a tablet pc but it won't let you run 2 apps at once? hopefully i read wrong but that would be awful.
You didn't read it wrong, no multi-tasking, no flash, no usb input, no hdmi output, ect the list goes on...

Hey, it could be added with 2G/3G models. (Generation, not data network)
It's even worse than a netbook...In one word: no.
I don't think so. To be a great handheld console, the only thing you need is button. Is iPad has it?
No real games, no buttons, and costs more than any console (handheld and home)on the market. That thing is going to join the N-Gage and Gizmondo. They also could have thought of a better name. The second I saw it I remembered this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTzhXMbOWHE
he realy big pad
this is stupid machine
I think apple is finally on its way out as being the ''in'' thing. I wouldn't say right this very second, but in the near future. People seem to be catering to a more DIY lifestyle in the last few years. Apple tries to do everything for you. It's the dummy machine.
Here's a video if you want some more info regarding the Ipad. The video is from GS's parent company. Here ya GO
Sry....didnt get the right link. U can still use the link above, just look in the upper left hand corner of the page and u'll see the a link to the Ipad video.
